This is a mod for people that want to play Homeworld with 'real' sized ships. N-LIPS is what causes the game to render the ships differently according to view distance in game. Smaller ships (like fighters and corvettes) are made larger visually on screen when you are zoomed out. It is our understanding that this feature was added to ensure that the game remained more easily playable by making the units more easily identifiable when zoomed out. To make this mod, all the .shp files have had their N-LIPS scaling effects commented out. Nothing else has been altered.
